Immaculately kept bed and breakfast with comfortable quiet rooms and a very good breakfast with lots of variety hot and cold. They have a shuttle van if guests wish to be picked up or taken to FCO airport at a reasonable cost and which is ten minutes shuttle ride away. Good recommendations for an excellent restaurant La Sfizi de Mare near by. We enjoyed walking along the ocean promenade which is a short walk away. A nice end to our holiday.

Lovely couple running the place. It’s clean and well equipped. I hadn’t booked a shuttle for arrival and when I couldn’t get a taxi, they sent their shuttle on short notice. Great reasonable restaurants within walking distance (Miranda is excellent). Shuttle doesnt start til 6am but if you need a ride before that they will arrange a ride. Would definitely stay again

If you are looking for a place to stay in close proximity to the airport, look no further. This is an awesome inn in every way. The family is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. The grounds were incredible even though we had little time to enjoy them. Fiumicino is a lovely little town right on the beach with a wide choice of restaurants. The inn is a ten minute walk to the beach. I actually wished we had an extra day so as to enjoy it more. Their private shuttle service is reasonable and efficient. Just a great place!

Palacial!! Stunning, family-owned/run Inn. This is THE place to stay if you want to enjoy the city (Fiumicino), stay close to the airport, or transit to Rome. The BEST find we had in Italy. And breakfast? Ooh-La-La! Maria was awesome!

Alessandra and her husband were extremely welcoming! Though My flight was delayed till after midnight, Alessandra waited up for me and greeted me warmly. The room was impeccable, shower was strong, pillows fluffy. Her husbands drive me to the airport at 5:45 am the next day. Excelle t and conveniently located by the airport
